I picked up a TacStar extension tube, and I’ve ordered a Nordic Follower. I really do not like the Surefire foreend, and other suggestions for an M2? I can not seem to find anything on the googles. No one outside of Arfcom or perhaps some of the three gun forums even knows about this topic. Hell, I bought an Benelli M2 Accessories this summer and the gun store I purchased it from installed a Tac Star extension while I waited. When I found out about this 922 mumbo jumbo I called the store back and ran it by them. They claim to have sold hundreds of Benelli’s over the years in this configuration and have a full time ATF agent on staff. They argued with me that because the Tac Star was a US part, it held no bearing on 922… That said, nobody seems to care. I hope so! I’m still going to put a Nordic Follower in, and what ever other US made parts that I can just to be safe. He’s making safety certified US hammers and disconnectors. Magazine extensions do not count towards parts compliance. You must replace the entire tube with a US production unit. The SideArmor rail system does not count towards compliance. It doesn’t replace the factory forearm.

Just realize that the possibility exists and maintain proper muzzle discipline and it should never be a problem.

Still no Dillo Dust after a couple orders, though. Is there a certain amount you have to spend before getting any? So I am looking into my first AR15 purchase and after some great feedback from the AR15.com community, I have my heart set on LaRue.

In reviewing, I found the LaRue Tactical OBR 5.56 18″ to really catch my eye, then later found the LaRue Tactical PredatAR 5.56 18″ – though I see some of the differences in the features tab, I wanted to get some feedback from the LaRue Tactical community on the real major differences.

: 0-0-0 : 6/13/2011 6:57:05 The EOTech 512 is a great economy line optic. Its every bit as durable as every other optic in the EOTech line but with a great price tag! It will offer you an absolute co-witness, so if you’re looking for a lower 1/3 co-witness with your iron sights you will need a raised base (like a YHM EOTech base) or consider a 517. mikeyp03 Apr 2011 USA CT, USA Online Posts: 80 : 0-0-0 : 6/13/2011 7:01:26 I actually just received a 512 today from another arfcom here from the EE. Great deal and really nice sight. Looks practically brand new. Of course I havent shot with it yet, but I cant wait to get out there with it. I’ve been aiming outside and the dot gets really bright…dont even need it on the highest setting in direct sunlight. If you have no plans of ever using night vision go with the 512. Also definitely check out the EE for good deals you should be able to find a nice one for around $300. wkywthunter

We have historically chosen the Pro Ears because of the superior Noise Reduction Rating. Over time we have had a few minor problems with the hearing protection protection no longer working properly. In the past we have been able to purchase a replacement pair of Pro Ears. However, like many other organizations we are experiencing some financially trying times. When my current pair of Pro Ears was not working properly, I feared we were going to need to investigate an alternative solution. I contacted Pro Ears to inquire about repair costs for my hearing protection protection.
